Clinicgram uses SSL/TSL protocols in the application and web service. SSL is the security protocol used in online banking, which ensures that all information transmitted is done so safely.

Credentials used in Clinicgram are highly secure. Our staff does not have access to them, so in case of loss or forgetting the password, our service will not offer to recover your password, but it must be restored.

Our application is secure by design. All log-in information is transmitted via SSL protocols and neither user nor password is stored on the device. In addition, all cached data is deleted when you log out of the device, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

Clinicgram is a digital health solution that allows you to capture any kind of clinical images with your cell phone, introduce associated customizable clinical scales, integrate such information with the patient’s Electronic Health Record and request a second opinion on them. It is developed, registered and commercialized by Skilled Skin SL, has the CE Class I health product marking and is distributed as Software as a Service (SaaS) through the main mobile application platforms.

The development of clinicgram has been done following the international quality standards ISO 13485, a harmonized standard that defines the requirements of a quality management system in the medical device industry.
