Our goal is to keep our users informed of how the data entered in our app and web service is processed and handled. If a security breach of our systems occurs, we will immediately notify all users via the web, email and/or application, indicating the nature and extent of the breach. Additionally, we will take appropriate measures to minimize any potential damage.
Our data is stored on securely architected cloud servers where we take maximum security measures. All data stored in the Cloud is encrypted in order to safeguard its content from improper access.
Clinicgram uses SSL/TSL protocols in the application and web service. SSL is the security protocol used in online banking, which ensures that all information transmitted is done so safely.
Credentials used in Clinicgram are highly secure. Our staff does not have access to them, so in case of loss or forgetting the password, our service will not offer to recover your password, but it must be restored.
Our application is secure by design. All log-in information is transmitted via SSL protocols and neither user nor password is stored on the device. In addition, all cached data is deleted when you log out of the device, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

It is developed, registered and commercialized by Skilled Skin SL, has the CE Class I health product marking and is distributed as Software as a Service (SaaS) through the main mobile application platforms.
The development of clinicgram has been done following the international quality standards ISO 13485, a harmonized standard that defines the requirements of a quality management system in the medical device industry.
